How It Works

A fast-paced partner workout focused on movement, fitness, teamwork, and pushing yourself.

6 partner stations

A mix of cardio, strength, and functional movements.

2 people per station

Work in pairs to keep output high and transitions sharp.

3 rounds per station

Enough repeat exposure to lock in rhythm and pacing.

45 seconds work

Push intensity with purposeful, high-output intervals.

15 seconds rest

Brief reset windows before the next effort starts.

Rotate after final round

Move immediately to the next station and continue the flow.

Improves stamina and upper-body endurance for everyday energy and movement.

RowErg

Builds full-body fitness and cardio capacity to help you move longer without burning out.

Sandbag Lunges

Sandbag Lunges

Strengthens legs and balance for climbing stairs, carrying loads, and moving confidently.

Wall Balls

Wall Balls

Develops coordination and endurance for lifting, reaching, and staying powerful under fatigue.

Burpee Broad Jumps

Burpee Broad Jumps

Improves agility, mobility, and the ability to get up and move quickly.

Sled Push

Sled Push

Builds lower-body strength and power for pushing heavy objects and moving with force.

Sled Pull

Sled Pull

Strengthens grip, back, and pulling power for everyday lifting and carrying tasks.

Farmer's Carry

Farmer's Carry

Improves grip, posture, and core strength for carrying shopping bags, luggage, and everyday loads.

At the sled station, partners switch between the sled and farmer's carries each round.
