How It Works

A 45-minute, team-based game across six stations, designed to feel less like training and more like play.

6 stations

Strength, conditioning, teamwork, and energy packed into one circuit.

Team-based

Move as a team, push each other, and keep the energy high.

3 rounds per station

Find your rhythm before you rotate to the next challenge.

45 seconds work

Short, high-energy bursts. Go hard while the clock runs.

15 seconds rest

Quick reset, catch your breath, then straight back into it.

Rotate & repeat

Move to the next station and keep the flow going for 45 minutes.
