Delete your Not Athletes account

Before you start

Account deletion must be requested while signed in with the same account you use in the Not Athletes app (unless you use the email option below). Deletion is processed on our servers and cannot be completed anonymously.

After a successful request, your app session will end and you should uninstall or sign out on any devices where you were still logged in.

What gets deleted

When your Not Athletes user account is deleted, we remove access tied to that account and delete associated personal and app data where our systems allow, including for example:

• Your account profile and settings linked to that user
• Training-related records tied to that account
• Nutrition-related records tied to that account
• In-app usage and activity data stored against that account
• Chat identity and in-app messaging access tied to that user, as part of the deletion flow

Related database rows are removed as part of the same process when your auth user is deleted (including cascades configured in our backend).

What we may keep

A small amount of information can remain where the law or a genuine business need requires it, for example:

• Records we must keep for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons
• Minimal logs or security records used to prevent fraud or abuse
• Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you

Where we retain anything, we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose. Email requests are usually handled within a few business days once we can verify your account. In-app or web deletion through the button below is intended to complete immediately when the server accepts the request, subject to normal processing delays.

Coach accounts

Coach accounts cannot be deleted through this automated flow. If you are a coach and need to close your account, email founders@notathletes.com and we will assist you manually.

Warning

Deletion is permanent for that account. You may lose access to subscriptions, history, and messages associated with it. If you are unsure, sign out and think it through before you continue.

Request deletion

• If you are signed in, use the delete button below to request deletion immediately.
• If you cannot sign in, email founders@notathletes.com from the email on your Not Athletes account with the subject "Delete my Not Athletes account".

We verify account ownership before processing email requests.
